This is a fantastic new laptop that has the 1.2 GHz U1400 Core Solo processor or the 1.06 GHz Celeron M processors sorry but it does not have the Core Duo processor. It does have an 80GB hard drive capacity and the best of all has to be the 10 hours of battery life, this is a widescreen laptop which does make this product sleek and luscious.
The TX3 comes with a dual layer DVD burner and a built in 802.11a/b/g Wi-Fi support plus Bluetooth for wireless connection. The Sony Vaio TX3 Widescreen 80GB Laptops are only 1 inch thick and has an 11.1 inch LCD display which has LED backlights.
If you have the Core Solo processor you do get 10 hours battery life and 7 hours with the Celeron M.
All in all this is not a bad laptop from Sony Vaio ok it has the Core Solo and not the Core Duo but hey you get 10 hours of battery life.
