In the past, a laptop could never compete with the quality of a stationary computer. Lately we have seen the development of laptops sky rocket and they are rapidly approaching the quality of stationary computers. With a laptop you can bring your computer with you to school, work, or out traveling, but for use only in the home there are still many advantages. The laptop is portable, so you can use it wherever you want; while watching TV from you couch, in bed, while eating breakfast in the kitchen, and many other spots in the home.
